He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Ratliff and Maggie Ratliff (Barnett); his wife Juanita Ratliff; his daughter Dianah Sue Slusser; his grandson Shaun Stratton; and his siblings, Lloyd Ratliff, Ryan "Preach" Ratliff, Margaret "Maggie" Stapp, Lottie Payne, Aubrey Ratliff, Floreta Myers, Vera Reed, Marvin Ratliff and Bronell Ratliff.
He is survived by: his brother Paul; his grandchildren, Dianah Sue, Paula and Jan; and his children, Paul D. Ratliff (Devey) of Washington, Paula Locke (Allen) of McAlester and Jan Stovall (Jim) of Yukon.
