He was predeceased by: his parent Bethene Johnson; and his daughter Reba. He is survived by: his parent Lawson Thompson; his spouse Kathe Knight; and his siblings, Brian Johnson of Copan and Judy Hawn of Copan. He is also survived by several nephews, and many longtime friends.
