He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Marcum (Freeman); his wife Cherie Ann Marcum (Emerson); his daughter Marcia Tadlock; his father Leroy Glenn Marcum; and his siblings, Reba Louise Ratliff, Virginia Hall, Joann Owen and Leroy.
He is survived by: his sons, Monty Marcum (Carol) of Goldsby and Kelly Marcum (Jennifer) of Norman; his brother-in-law Billy Owen; and his grandchildren, Crystal Bacon (Tommy), Monty Glenn Marcum (Cassie), Candace Benson (Ryan), Caitlyn Farrell (John), Grace Anne Harshbarger (Caleb), Maggie Marcum (Tobias Röding), Chloe Ferguson (Kyle), Tyler Tadlock (Maddie) and Jake Tadlock. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
