He is survived by: his wife Vonda Walkup (Penner) of Warr Acres, OK; his children, Katie Lynn (Brian Lee Boutwell) of Bethany, OK, Michele Ann Walker of Oklahoma City, OK, Mary Helene Walkup of Warr Acres, OK and Jacob Roy Walkup (Danni Angel); and his grandsons, Matthew Logan Boutwell and Isaac Lee Boutwell. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
