She was predeceased by: her mother Dovie Lee Haas; her husband Jimmy McCuistion; her father George Earl Haas Sr. (Gearldean); her siblings, George Earl Haas Jr., Bill Haas, Jim Haas (Benny), Ruth Etheridge and Gearldean McCuistion Davis; her grandson Jason David Winters; and her great grandchild Chloe Wilson.
She is survived by: her friend Jimmy; her children, David McCuistion (Gail McCuistion) and Sherry Fanning (Patrick Fanning); her granddaughter Kelli Proctor; her son Benny Proctor; and her grandchildren, Jared McCuistion (Jennifer McCuistion), Josh McCuistion (Tiffany McCuistion), Alicia Wilson (Clay Wilson), Andrea Kurtz (Jeffrey Kurtz) and Tiffany Lindley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
