He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Burk and Anna Belle Burk; his siblings, Levern Burk and Norma Temple; and his nephew Troy Burk.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Burk; his children, Leslie Hudson and Eric Burk; his siblings, Brenda Burk, Larry Burk (Ethelda) and Dale Burk (Shirley); his grandchildren, Bradley Burk, Elysia Hudson, Amaya Hudson, Jayden Litton and Bristol Burk; and his great grandchild Isabella "Pookie" Gaucin.
