He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudia Beth Vicars (Motley) and James Vicars. He is survived by: his stepmother Nancy Vicars; his sister Catherine; his brother-in-law Shannon Smith; his half-brother Robert Garnet; his close friend Pam Morales; and also, Lisa, Selena and Justin. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
