He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. T. Owens and Mamie Wall Owens; his wife Iona Line; his children, Bill A Owens, Jr. (Susie) and Peggy Koone (Steve); and his grandchildren, Laura (Rusty) of Bill, III, Will, Krista, Richard, Steven and Robin.
