He was predeceased by: his father Arthur "Gene", Sr. Dersham; his brother Joey Dersham; and his grandparents, Wayne, Frances Dersham and Russel Nelson.

He is survived by: his mother Linda Dersham (Nelson); his wife Sally Dersham; his children, Cassandra Dersham, Morrison Dersham, Jonah Johnson, Jason Osborn II, Jamison Osborn and Jaiden Osborn; his grandson Jason Osborn III; his grandmother Mae Nelson; and his siblings, Thomas Dersham (Deb), Tina Brunson (Dave), Stephanie Houzenga (Steve) and Arthur Dersham, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
