He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Pevehouse and Edna Pevehouse (Jones); and his brothers, Carl Pevehouse and Nolan Pevehouse. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Dail Brookshire; his sons, Billy Pevehouse (Sylvia) of Warner and Bret Pevehouse of Warner; his grandchildren, Cody Pevehouse, Braden Pevehouse, Dalton Pevehouse, Seth Pevehouse (Destiny), Kaleb Pevehouse, Kolby Pevehouse and Justin Pevehouse; his great grandchildren, Olivia Pevehouse, Owen Pevehouse, Lyla Pevehouse, Nora Pevehouse, Jackson Pevehouse, Jenny Pevehouse and Annabelle Pevehouse; his sisters-in-law, Rozella Pevehouse and Verna Pevehouse; and his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Pevehouse, Mike Pevehouse, Judy Rogers, Cheryl Pevehouse, Tammy Townley and Curtis Pevehouse. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
