He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophus Madsen and Bessie Madsen (Humphries); his wife Louise Madsen; his granddaughter Joy Noel Ullery; his siblings, Tom, Jim, Carroll, Gayle Madsen, Betty, Shirley, Martha and Sandra; and his siblings-in-law, Frank, Coy Jones and Imogene Whitlock.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Madsen of Amarillo, Texas and Lee Madsen of Little Rock, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Robert Ullery of Texas, Carla "Tami" Morquecho of Texas and Weldon McCandless; his great great grandchildren, Hayden and Clovis McCandless; his siblings, Wayne Madsen of Indiana and Linda Goins of Roswell; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Barton, Yvonne McLaughlin of Henryetta and Ray Jones of Porum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Integrity Chapel (410 E Trudgeon St, Henryetta, OK 74437).
