He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Bushong of Odessa, TX, Greta Campbell (Johnny) of Antlers, OK and Barbara Peoples of Ardmore, OK; his parents, Carl Hokett and Lillie Hokett (Hyde); his wife Cathy Hokett; his son Joey Hokett; his siblings, Tillman Hokett, Nina Johnson and Ina Pruitt; and his brother-in-law Jim Bushong. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friend.
