He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Blackburn (Taylor); his children, Summer Littlewolfe Ferry (Derik) of Ada, OK and Abraham Greywolfe Blackburn (Mary) of Stillwater, OK; his grandchildren, Owen Matthew Blackurn and Phoebe Grey Blackburn; his siblings, Donna Kay Gagnon (Glenn) of Altus, OK and Rick Blackburn of Altus, OK; his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Patricia Taylor of Wapanucka, OK; and his nephew Matthew Blackburn of Altus, OK.
