He is survived by: his wife Deloris Faye Bates (Marks); his sons, Danny Bates (Sharon) of Sanger, TX, Darryl Bates (Kim) of Midlothian, TX and David Bates (Traci) of Fate, TX; his sister Reable Lowe (Marvin) of Butcher Pen, OK; his grandchildren, Jem Black, Danny Lee Bates Jr., Christopher Bates, Jason Bates and Katelynn Bates; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Jalen Black, Hannah, Hailey Bates, Theodore Bates and Kaiden Johnson Bates.
