It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Gudgel of Wapanucka, Oklahoma, born in Durant, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Holland Gudgel. He is survived by: his mother Cleta Faye Gudgel (Raines) of Durant, Oklahoma; his sons, Colt Gudgel of Durant and B. J. Robertson of Wapanucka, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Brenda Shipman (Larry) of Durant, Sherry Smith (Darrell) of Durant and Regina Rodgers (Sonny) of Wapanucka. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
