He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie Perry; his daughter Carrie Costiloe (Kent) of Wapanucka, OK; his siblings, Emma Lou Denson (Doug) of Ada, OK and Tommy Perry of Wapanucka, OK; his grandsons, John Costiloe (Stacy) of Durant, OK and Matt Costiloe of Durant, OK; his great grandchild Kenlynn Costiloe of Durant, OK; and his stepgrandchildren, Heaven Kennedy of Durant, OK, Heather Kennedy of Durant, OK and Randall Kennedy of Durant, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
