He was predeceased by: his father Guy LaFay. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Mae Tatum (Swogar); his wife Jane Raasch; his children, Justin Tatum (Kellie) of Pryor, Todd Tatum (Laura) of Wann and Jennifer Murray (Joe) of Wann; his grandchildren, Koltin, Jentrie, Kanyon, Pistol, Tripp and Mesa; his brother-in-law Bill Raasch of Coffeyville; and his siblings, Jim (Carol) of Owasso, Tony (Angie) of Wann and Teresa (Ray McIntosh) of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
