She was predeceased by: her brother John Busby; and her aunt Saundra Blake. She is survived by: her children, Heston and Paige Perkins; her son-in-law Jarrett Rouse (TJ Mills); her sister Codi Busby; the father of her children Steve Perkins; and her child TJ. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and numerous friends.
