He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet M. Brutchin; his son Buck Cook (Angelique) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Fawn Cook of Dewey, Oklahoma and Matthew Cook of Bartlesville. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
