He is survived by: his wife Janice Haire; his daughters, Lindsey McClain (Jason) and Katy Rivers (Shelldon); his stepdaughter Brianna Nelson (Nash); his grandchildren, Abbigail Hoover, Jude Rivers, Jemma McClain and Brody Nelson; and his siblings, Billy Perkins (Johnnie), Suzie McDowell, Pearl Gilbert (Mark), Judy King, Connie Stall (Harold), Sandy Rinkenbaugh and Donna Loeffelholz (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
