With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie J. Rodgers (Wann, Oklahoma), born in Seminole, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 21, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Seals (Bill) and Marvis Evelyn Seals (Simpson); and her husband William Rodgers (Don). She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Tammy) of Wann and Doug (Paula) of Copan; her sister Jacqueta (Gary Yearout) of Wann; and her grandchildren, Andrew Rodgers, Taylor Rodgers, Courtney Benedict (Kevin) and Kalyn Rodgers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Journey Home, 900 Washington Blvd., Bartlesville, OK 74006.
