He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Allen Lowe and Leona "Peggy" Lowe-Dixon (Welch); his daughter Billie JoAnn Lowe Marshall; his wife Sharlene Lowe; and his brother Wayne Lowe.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Brian Marshall of Bartlesville, Barry Marshall (Angela) of Bartlesville and Brady Marshall (Denise) of Bartlesville; and his great great grandchild Marilyn Folk. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
