He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burrows and Katherine V. Burrows (Olson); and his siblings, Everett Trucking, Harvey Trucking, Burrows Trucking and Dora May Hines of Carl Junction.

He is survived by: his children, Ray Power, Belinda Smith of Laramie, WY and Beth Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Copan FFA, 527 E Hornet Lane, Copan, OK 74022 or to the Ridin' For The Brand Cowboy Church, PO BOX 147, Wann, Ok 74083.
