He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Polson; his children, Robyn Kristie, Tony Keith and Roy Brett; his wife Judy; his daughter Robyn Goodwin (Bob); his grandchildren, Ashley Brand (Richard), Zach Blevins and Shelby Barnes (Ryan); his children, Alicia Logsdon (Tucker), Jessica Infield (Mike) and Joshua Blevins; and also, Tony Keith and Roy Brett Blevins.
