It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Stark Paine (Wanette, Oklahoma), born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Stark and Clifford Stark; her significant other Charles Paine (David); her children, David Paine (Laura) of Winchester, Lisa Paine Whetzel (Jay) of Fairfax and Susan Paine Green (Scott) of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and her brother William Stark (Linda). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
