It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Shannon (Wanette, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shannon and Juanita Shannon; and his siblings, Mary Gregson, Charlene Sanders, Royce, Herbert and Jerry Shannon.
He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy Gelene "Jean" Keesee; his child Butch; his wife Jean Shannon; his children, Charlotte Effinger (Arnold) of Wanette and Jeff Shannon (Cathy) of Kilgore, TX; his siblings, Ronda Smith of Purcell and David Shannon (Connie) of Norman; and his brother-in-law Johnny Keesee (Gail) of Wanette. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
