It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy W. Bussey of Walters, Oklahoma, born in Snyder, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Bussey and Winifred Bussey (Woodward); his cousin Gene Smith; and his close friend Fagen Morris. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Baker; his daughters, Lesa (Bob Lafferty) and Carrie (Preston Thomason); his grandchildren, Chase Bussey Lafferty, Lauren Lafferty, Trace Bussey Thomason, Landree Thomson and Kyle Carothers; his great grandchildren, Dallyn, Dax Bussey Matlock and Cierra Lafferty; his siblings, Dixie Hill and Jimmy; his sister-in-law Barbara Baker; his friend Joe Harrell; and also, Bill and Betty Bigbow. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
