He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Kay Sansome (Cooper). He is survived by: his wife Patrice Delaine Phillips; his daughter Jenifer; his son-in-law Brady White of Walters; his son Terry; his daughter-in-law Ashlie Sansome of Walters; his grandchildren, Christian Sansome, Gage Sansome, Jayden Sansome, Amberlea Adams, Bralea McKee and Jace Pequeno; and his great grandchildren, Brilea Adams and River Adams.
