He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Ray Garrison and Velma Garrison (Brownlee); his in-laws, Dr. Alberto and Elizaida Sandoval; and his siblings, Eugene, Ervin R Garrison Jr., Charles "Chubby" Garrison, JoAnn Raney and Billie R. Dutton.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Garrison of Walters and Kasee Jo; his son-in-law Justin Powers of Comanche; his siblings, Patricia Ray of Lawton and Gordon Langford (Joyce) of Indiahoma; his sister-in-law Lydia Garrison of San Marcos, TX; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Wyatt Harris of Comanche, Kylee (Gavyn Wheeler) of Waurika and Averie Powers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
