She is survived by: her husband Dennis Courtright; her sons, Jason Adam Courtright (Ashley) and Brent David Courtright (Leslie); her grandsons, Blaine Adam Courtright of Lindsay, Grayson of Lindsay and Gavin Hamilton of Lindsay; her sister Betty Evans of Walters; her nephews, James Thomas Hurt of North Carolina and Jonathon Mixon of North Carolina; her mother-in-law Dorothy Courtright of Temple, OK; and her close friends, Kristina Denney and Lawrence Armstrong. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
