He is survived by: his sons, Bryan (Jennifer Spence), Darrell Spence of Walters and Mikel (Melanie Spence); his siblings, Johnny Spence of Walters and Sharon Willingham of Seminole, OK; his grandchildren, Brett, Jenna, Brooklyn, Derrick, Kyler, Emma, Gabrielle, Ashton, Aiden and Novelyn; and his great grandchildren, Myia, Gracelynn, Ramona, Aria and Abigail. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
