She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Earl Black, II and Marie Rose Carter Black (Carter); her husbands, Dr. Roger Gene Johnson and Max Osborn; her sister Marjorie Black Roane; her son Timothy Earl Johnson; her brother Amos Earl Black, III; and her nephew Amos E. Black, IV.
She is survived by: her son David Gene Johnson (Susan) of Walters, OK; her grandsons, Eli Johnson (Teresa) of Walters and Levi Johnson (Charlotte); and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Elijah, Jeremiah, Triastan, Desmond and Sarah. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
