He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Chapman; his sister Neta; his brother-in-law Jerry Morris of Geronimo; his children, Linda Wilkes of King George, VA, Larry Fowler (Julie) of Denver, CO and Douglas Fowler (Nancy) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Jason Wilkes (Karen), Tracey Finall (Ricky), Allison Fowler and Alex Fowler; and his great grandchild Ricky Finall, III. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
