She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Phillips and Effie Phillips. She is survived by: her son Kent Alan Keehn; her husband David Lee Thurman of Walters, Oklahoma.; her son Jay Darrell; and her grandchildren, Jay, Annie Keehn of Tecumseh, OK, Rahshonda, Anthony Hurley-Bell of Norman, OK, Shaun, Sarah Henricks of Walters, OK, Summer, Juan Garcia of Moore, Kassie and Josh Hatton of Ada, OK.. She is also survived by Great grandchildren and special nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations be sent to the Walters Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 485, Walters, OK 73572.
