He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmuth Lee Potter (Skaggs) and Horace Potter; his brothers, Richard, Dan Potter and Joe Potter (Gwen Long); and his daughter-in-law Pam Potter.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Potter; his children, Richard (Beca Potter), Barbara (Gary Tahmahkera), Russell Potter of Fort Cobb, OK and Randall (Edwina Potter); his sister Patricia Coale of Grove, OK; and his grandchildren, Tyson Potter, Lacey of Walters, Taylor Noland, Ryan of Walters, Olivia Potter of Edmond, OK, Kerry Tahmahkera, Alex of Durango, CO, Kelsey Tahmahkera, Tony of Wichita Falls, TX, Madison Geiger, Seth of Snyder, OK, Chris Potter, Cady of Ft. Cobb, Adam Potter, Jessica of Cache, Caleb, Sarah, Aksel, Hayden, Harper, Marquise, Malia, Fendi and Koan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
