Palmer of Walters, OK and Isaiah Bolling of Lawton, OK; his siblings, Lakietha "Tweety" Diggs of Wichita Falls, TX, Amber Diggs of Dallas, TX and Gerald Wayne Palmer III of Wichita Falls; and his grandchildren, Owen Hogan, Kaisen Dunn, Jaxson Dunn and Zayne Dunn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
