He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Allen and Thelma Irene Smith (Woody). He is survived by: his wife Penny Wilson; his children, Dale Smith (Christi), Whitney Bryant (Scott), Madison Wilson of Appleton, MN and Chris Avian (Kayleigh); his grandchildren, Marley, Nova, Paul, Penny, Kairi and Ami; and his sister Patti Smith Scattergood of Walters. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
