He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Horning and Bertha Horning (Smith). He is survived by: his sisters, Cathy Seely (James) of McKinney, TX and Jeannie Horning of McKinney, TX; his nephew Jason Seely (Leeanne); his sons, Owen and Wyatt of Dallas, TX; his niece Lauren Dorff (Michael); and his children, Adelaide, Annabelle, James and Edward of McKinney, TX.. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
Memorial donations in memory of Roy may be made to the Wakita United Methodist Church and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
