Leta Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 82, Leta Smith of Wakita, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert McCaskey and Icy McCaskey (Wilcox); her son Larry; her grandson Chase; her sister Patsy Stephens; and her daughter-in-law Terri Smith.
She is survived by: her spouse Grubbs Smith; her children, Sterling Shepherd (Christi) of Wakita, OK and Tonya Gray (Stuart) of Springfield, TN; her stepchildren, Michael Smith (Sherri) of Keene, TX, Elver Smith of Burleson, TX and Deanda Jones (Louis) of Jay, OK; and her siblings, JC McCaskey (Pam), Roberta Morrison and Ginger Osborne. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial contributions in Lavone's name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
