She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Ann Forester (Hall) and Jack Cook; her sisters, Debbie Kroll, Jackie Smith and Marilyn Green; and her grandson Scott Daren Baker II.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Baker (Donna) of Wagoner, OK, Scott Darin Baker (Dalania) of Wagoner, OK, Sean Baker (Amber) of Wagoner, OK and Shaely Ferrell (David) of Hulbert, OK; and her siblings, Robert L Cook and Tina Goldman (Derrick) of Sand Springs, OK.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Wagoner Masonic Lodge (101 S Mary Ave, Wagoner, OK 74467).
