He is survived by: his children, Ronald Couch Jr. of California, Donny Seabolt (Leslie) of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Alisha Joice (Jimmy) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his sisters, Carolyn Luck of Muskogee, Alice Ross of Independence and Charlotte Green of Springfield, Oregon; his grandchildren, Sabrina Joice, Ali Joice and Rowdy Seabolt; and his great grandchild Sylus Joice.
