He is survived by: his daughters, Tanya Smylie (Jim) of Canyon Lake, TX and Tresa Pitre (Clint) of Wagoner, OK.; his grandchildren, Callie Lambdin (Kennan) of Wagoner, OK, Nicholas Pitre (Courtlyn Stout) of Wagoner, OK and Tucker Smylie of Dallas, TX.; and his brother Gary McIntosh of Sapulpa, OK.. He is also survived by many other family members, dear friends.
