She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Osburn Sr.; and her grandson Cody Smith. She is survived by: her children, Clifford Guy Osburn Jr. and Kimberly Susan Osburn of Claremore, Oklahoma; her grandson Cole Smith of Claremore, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Haylee Smith and Jaxon Smith; and also Meagan Stuart of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
