He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Wayne Couch and Mary Ann Couch (Adams); and his siblings, Michael Couch, Tommy Couch, David Couch and Debra Couch.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Renee Richeson of Hominy, OK; his children, James Jones (Katie) of Bartlesville, OK, Michael Maners (Jamie) of Hominy, OK, Adam Maners (Heather) of Osage, OK, Kenny Couch Jr. and Kristina Caputo; and his sisters, Virginia Shank (Mark) of Colcord, OK and Connie Manley (Tony) of Locust Grove, OK.
