He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lee and Tina Mae Foster (Bramlett); his daughter Deborah Kaye Schrader; his brothers, Johnny Edward Foster and Cecil Leon Foster, Sr.; his granddaughter Tara Foster; and his great grandchild Ryan Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Foster; his children, Tammy Robinson (Larry) of Disney, Evelyn Harris of San Bernardino, Linda Licon (Paul) of San Bernardino, California and JD Foster, Jr. of San Bernardino, California; and his brother Don Foster (Joyce) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
