It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Ruth Hogan (Wagoner, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Oliver and Audrey Oliver; her siblings, Arlin "Cotton" Oliver, Jimmy Leon Oliver and Judy Jones; and her son James Brent Hogan.
She is survived by: her husband James Calvin Hogan of Porter, OK; her children, David Lynn, Cheryl Hogan of Coweta, OK, Pamela Kay, Harold Lively of Porter, OK, Andrea Jo, Bryan Garrett of Porter, OK and Judy Lawana Rice of Porter, OK; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Melissa Hogan), Joshua (Jeana Hogan), Joseph (Miranda Hogan), Jerrad Hogan, James (Reina Hogan), Justin (Falan Hogan), Clint (Eleisha Lively), Brandi (Ronnie Pressler), Ami (Will Spotts), Colby (Cheere Garrett), Madison Garrett and Caden Garrett; and her brother Terry (Debra Oliver). She is also survived by numerous greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews; other extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory (417 E Cherokee St, Wagoner, OK 74467). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Porter Church of Christ (120 S 8th St, Porter, OK 74454).
