He is survived by: his wife Susan Stevens; his children, Katherine King (Jacob) of Burleson, TX, Hannah Potter (Erikah) of Muskogee, OK and Kyle Stevens of Wagoner, OK; his brothers, Billy Stevens (Vicki) of Guthrie, OK, Keith Stevens (Crystal) of Stratford, OK and Darren Stevens of Oklahoma City, OK; his stepmother Doris Stevenson of Oklahoma City, OK; his stepbrothers, Joe Leger and Jimmy Leger of Oklahoma City, OK; his brothers-in-law, Scotty Pofahl (Dawn) of Muskogee, OK and Russell Pofahl (Barnetta) of Braggs, OK; and his aunts, Marilyn Rushing (Jeff) of Newcastle, OK and Debbie Helms of Oklahoma City, OK.
