He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lloyd McElmurry Sr.; his son Brian Gregory; his brothers, Harold L. Jr. and Eulis; his nephew Harold L. III; his grandparents, John, Eva McElmurry, Ira and Pearl Cordell; his parents-in-law, George and Janeth Hopkins; and his sister-in-law Kay Hopkins.
He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn McElmurry (Cordell) of Broken Arrow, OK; his wife Connie Lea McElmurry (Hopkins) of Wagoner, OK; his children, Gary L. Jr. (Sheila) of Wagoner, OK and Lyn (Dustin) of Porter, OK; his siblings, Stanley McElmurry of Broken Arrow, OK and Gail Curtsinger (McElmurry) of Portugal; and his grandchildren, Jaime (Andrew) of Broken Arrow, OK, Elijah (Jaimee) of Coweta, OK, Tristan (Jenny) of Muskogee, OK, Bryce of Muskogee, OK, Dalton (Kelsie) of Muskogee, OK, Wyatt of Wagoner, OK, Blake of Muskogee, OK, Kody of Porter, OK, Carin of Porter, OK, Clair of Porter, OK, Cyle Cash of Porter, OK, Ashley of Porter, OK, Brandon of Porter, OK, Austin of Porter, OK and Easton of Porter, OK. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
