He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Leitz; his children, Daniel Leitz, William Calverley, Abigail George and Samuel George; his grandchildren, Aspen, Callum and Rennan; his sisters, Kathryn Durrett of Porter, OK and Vicki Keele of Okmulgee, OK; and his aunt Allena Faye Miller of Beaumont, TX.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Lung Transplant Foundation.
