He was predeceased by: his parents, Doctor Othello Baugh and Alma Lucinda Baugh (Presley); his wife Patricia E. Baugh (Pray); his daughter Dianne Baugh Fisher; and his sisters, Aleene Reagan, Pauline Tupman and Thelma Snyder.
He is survived by: his son Brett Baugh (Debra); his grandchildren, Craig Fisher (Kim) and Kara Younce (Franklin); his great grandchildren, Christopher Fisher, Braxton Younce and Grayson Younce; and his sister Patsy Scarbrough (James). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
